At Good Looks by Grace, I value my clients and understand that sometimes plans change. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance so I can fill your appointment slot. Not doing this can result in a 50% charge of your service total, and possible deposit needed for upcoming appointments. My time is valuable as much as yours. In case of an emergency, please contact me ASAP and I will accommodate to you. No Call-No Showing your appointment will result in a 100% charge of your total service, and will require a deposit for any future appointments. Thank you for understanding!
